Payment & insurance
Clarity Psychiatry is a cash-pay practice.
Payment is collected at or before the appointment through the secure clinical platform (Acuity scheduler). Clarity Psychiatry does not submit claims to insurance plans. If available, a superbill may be provided for you to submit to your insurer for possible out-of-network reimbursement; reimbursement is not guaranteed.
Any cancellation, late-cancellation, no-show, refill, administrative, or records policies that create a patient charge will be disclosed before scheduling or in the financial policy presented through the secure portal.

Your right to a Good Faith Estimate
If you do not have health insurance or do not plan to use insurance to pay for care, federal law generally gives you the right to a written estimate of expected charges when care is scheduled sufficiently in advance or when you request one.
Clarity Psychiatry will provide the individualized estimate through a method you can save and print. The published fee list is helpful for planning, but it does not replace an individualized Good Faith Estimate when one is required.
