Telehealth
Telehealth can make psychiatric care more accessible and consistent, but it has limits. Before the first telehealth service, Clarity Psychiatry will obtain and document informed consent as required by Arizona law.

Confirm that you are physically located in Arizona and provide the location from which you are joining. Use a private space and a device with a stable internet connection, camera, microphone, and sufficient battery.
Video is used to support a clinically appropriate assessment. If technology fails, the clinician may attempt to reconnect, contact you through the agreed backup method, reschedule, or direct you to in-person care when needed.
Privacy & technology
Scheduling, intake forms, consent, payment, secure messaging, records, and telehealth are handled through the designated clinical platform. Avoid sending diagnoses, symptoms, medication details, records, or other protected health information through ordinary email or public website forms.
Clarity Psychiatry uses administrative, technical, and physical safeguards intended to support compliance with applicable privacy and security requirements. No electronic system can be guaranteed to eliminate every privacy or cybersecurity risk.
